At N S J Creation, we are pleased to offer secure, insured international shipping from our US studio to our clients in the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Estimates (US to UK)

We use premium couriers (FedEx International Priority or DHL Express) to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Express International: 3–7 business days.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Orders Over $500: Complimentary Secure International Shipping.

  • Orders Under $500: Calculated at checkout (typically $35.00 - $50.00).

  • 3. Customs, Duties, and UK VAT
  • Please be advised that orders shipped to the UK are subject to import duties and UK VAT (Value Added Tax).

  • VAT: The current UK VAT rate is 20%. This is typically collected by the courier before delivery.

  • Duties: Jewelry often incurs a small percentage of import duty based on its value and material.

  • Responsibility: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. [Your Brand Name] cannot predict these costs, and we recommend checking with the UK Government’s "Tax and Customs on Goods Sent from Abroad" page for estimates.

4. Security & Signature

  • Due to the high value of items like the Halo Bracelet ($1,225.00) or Double Flower Ring ($3,045.00), all UK deliveries require an adult signature. We cannot ship to parcel lockers or collection points.

5. Returns from the UK

  • Please note that for international returns, shipping costs and any duties/taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable.
